Sunday 4th september 2011 was the Chalky White memorial Open Singles. We had a good turn out for the event and the majority of entries had their bag limit. The Eventual winner was Paul"POD" Rae from the Scottish Borders Paul had a total weight of 26lbs 7oz In second place was Stewart McCormick from Ayr with a total weight of 22lbs 10oz, and in third place was Derek Powell from the scottish borders with a total weight of 17lbs 9oz. The heavist fish went to the youngest angler Cameron Patterson who had a 11lbs 7oz Rainbow. WELL DONE TO YOU ALL. and a big thanks to everyone for entering. Shown are the anglers getting the prizes 1st place £100 2nd place £50 3rd place £30 heavist fish fly box with 2 doz flies.
